Górska Latarenka z papierem ryżowym Artistiko / Mountain Lantern

Dzisiaj chciałabym Wam pokazać mój ostatni projekt – „Górską Latarenkę”. Choć Artistiko ma już całkiem nową serię papierów, ja chciałam jeszcze na chwilkę przywołać zapach górskich wędrówek. Do wykonania pracy użyłam papieru ryżowego Artistiko (026), dużej latarenki HDF oraz kompasu i gęsi z kolekcji „Let’s camp”.

Na początku wszystkie elementy pomalowałam gesso oraz białą farbą akrylową. Nastepnie latarenkę pomalowałam farbami akrylowymi – zieloną i czarną. Żółtą i pomarańczową farbą zrobiłam delikatne refleksy – tak, jakby z wnętrza latarni wydobywało się delikatne światło. Na środku latarenki umieściłam owal HDF, na który nakleiłam papier ryżowy z wybraną grafiką. Następnie dokleiłam wyciski z glinki – liście paproci oraz odlewy z żywicy – grzyby. Dokleiłam też HDFki – kompas, gęś oraz mały tag na sznurku (nakleiłam na nim grafikę z kompasem). Wszystko starannie pomalowałam farbami akrylowymi. Pracę pochlapałam rozwodnioną farbą i zabezpieczyłam lakierem matowym. Na końcu wszystkie elementy delikatnie przetarłam złotym woskiem. Mam nadzieję, że moja latarenka przywoła Wam zapach gór.

Today I would like to show you my latest project – “Mountain Lantern”. Although Artistiko already has a completely new series of papers, I wanted to recall for a moment the scent of mountain hiking. To make the work, I used Artistiko rice paper (026), a large HDF lantern, a compass and a goose from the “Let’s camp” collection.

First, I painted all the elements with gesso and white acrylic paint. Then I painted the lantern with acrylic paints – green and black. I made delicate reflections with yellow and orange paint – as if a delicate light was coming out of the lantern. In the middle of the lantern, I placed an HDF oval, on which I glued rice paper with the chosen graphic. Then I glued clay impressions – fern leaves and resin casts – mushrooms. I also glued HDFs – a compass, a goose and a small tag on a string (I glued a graphic with a compass on it). I carefully painted everything with acrylic paints. I splashed the work with watered-down paint and secured it with matte varnish. Finally, I gently rubbed all the elements with gold wax. I hope that my lantern will bring you the scent of the mountains.
